It would make an ideal first time buy, or buy to let investment as its the kind of home you could just move into. With gas central heating and a pretty enclosed rear garden I would expect it to achieve in the region of £625pcm on the rental market and with an asking price of £150,000 the predicted yield is 5% per annum. I cant see this home being on the market for long.

4 Bed Property In A Great Warminster Location!


So as part of my daily ritual of scanning the property portals I have just seen this 4 bedroom family home that has come on with Cooper & Tanner. This is one to watch (but don't look too long) as I can assure you that with an asking price of £369,950 I doubt it will still be available this time next week!
